The request for a reservation starts with an e-mail to Your Place in Baires or by telephone at 153-2837795. From Abroad: (54)9-11-3283-7795

In the following 48 hours. we will contact you to provide information regarding availability and cost of the apartments selected acording to your needs.

After you chose the apartment you can procced to reserve it.

The reservation will only be effective after the payment of 30% of the total amount of the rent. It can be done by Western Union from abroad , by bank deposit if you are in Argentina,or in cash at our offices.

You should not send any payments without first sending an e-mail to verify that the property is available. No payment must be made without consultation with our reservations apartment.

Prices published on our website are final prices, and, unless indicated otherwise, includes expenses, taxes, utilities and gas. When specifically included it Hill also include CableTV and / or maid service once a week.

When the guests arrive at the apartment they will be welcomed by the property owner or his legal representative and a member of Your Place in Baires. They will sign the rental agreement and the corresponding inventory , that will be checked previously, the guest will pay the full rental price, and will pay the required security deposit - which will be returned at the end of the contract -;and will receive the keys. .The check out must be made before 10.00 am., However, we can accept a later check out, if the owner is available and if we don’t have a reserve taken for the same day. The check-in or check-out will have no adicional cost if it’s done within office hours( from 10.00 am to 18.00 pm) . Between 07.00 am to 10.00am; between 18.00pm. to 22:00 pm; on national holidays; or on weekends, the check-in or check-out has a cost of U$S 20. Between the hours of 22.00 pm to 07.00 am any day of the week, the check in or check out has a cost of U$S30.

At check-Out, the owner of the building will refund the deposit after checking that the general state of the property and inventory are in the same condition as at the beginning of the contract (except for the normal and routine use of them).

All rental payments will be final and non returnable , even if the stay is reduced.

The temporary rental contracts can’t be extended. They have start and end dates.

Therefore, if the tenant wants to extend his stay at the rented property will have to inform Your Place in Baires in advance for the signature of a new contract for the new period, if the property had not been previously booked.

A few days before departure, (normally 48 hours) the guest and the owner will arrange a meeting for the check out.

The apartment must be returned in the same condition of order and clean lines as it was delivered to the guests.

Your Place in Baires is an agency that participates as a neutral mediator between the customer (temporary tenant) and the owner of the property.

We will try to find the right property for our clients, and provide all means of communication necessary to maintain a positive relationship between the customer and the owner. In the event of a problem between the two parties outside our provided services, our responsibility will be to maintain open the necessary level of communication between the parties.

We will keep our duty as a mediator in any situation, but if any disagreement is generated between the tenant and the property owner after signing the rental agreement, Your Place In Baires will be are exempt from any legal liability.

We do not accept any responsibility for the behavior of the tenant or the owner, or from problems or situations outside of the services provided by our agency.

The maximum stay is 6 months (according to the argentine legislation) with the option to renew for another 6 months. The minimum stay varies according to the instructions of the owner for that particular apartment.

The tenant will provide information regarding the names and ages of all the persons who will be staying at the apartment.If more persons than the number informed stay at the aparment it will be reason for break of contract and eviction.. The owner reserve the right of admission.

The act of sending this form means that you have read and agree to its terms.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:

The Customer will not house in the apartment more people than the number stated in the contract.

The Customer will use the property in a responsible and serious manner , and will have respect for the neighbors avoiding excesive noise and other agressive behavior.

Your Place in Baires will not be responsible for suspensions and / or interruptions in the supply of water, electricity, gas, cable service, Internet and other existing causes beyond its control.

Your Place in Baires is not responsable for any theft.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:

Should the tenant want to cancel the reservation, the amount will not be refunded. If the tenant decides to shorten the stay.the eventual balance will not be refunded as it is considered as a compensation for breach of contract.

In the case of a rental contract of several months in which the rent is paid every month, if the tenant decides an early termination of the contract , he will lose the amount left as a deposit, which is regarded as a compensation for the owner for breach of contract.

The inclusion of the cleaning service in the rent does not relieve the obligation of the tenant to leave the apartment under the same conditions of hygiene and order as it was received.

In case of an unexpected damage to the property prior to the arrival of the tenant , making the stay uncomfortable in the building selected, Your Place in Baires will comunicate the unexpected event to the customer and will offer two alternatives:

1) Relocate to another available apartment with similar features and amenities

2) Return the money paid as a reservation.

By using our website and services, you agree and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Your Place in Baires.
